      Decent benefits and PTO for the size.

      Cons

      Management has failed to make any deals or sign contracts that would make the company profitable over the long term. They suffer from constant reorgs and layoffs creating a constant state of confusion that ultimately slows down and causes confusion for every business unit. Lot's of politics for how small the company is.
