Great Coffee, Good Team Spirit back to 5 years ago.

Cons

Lousy Inexperience Family Team Players who manage the office recently. And this is one of the major factor pushing the business to DEAD ENDs. Cowardice Owner unwilling to deal with Team Players of the Business Ceased decision whatsoever. Making dump business decisions to sacrifice all those years royalties employees. NEVER EVER deals with any family related business original from PDI.. Or you choose your own "Hell Gate".

Interesting projects, knowledgable staff, good pay and benefits. Never a dull moment. You're all in it together. It's fun if you make it that way.

Cons

Limited advancement, few raises, management changes, limited support, erratic behavior, unethical. No team building. Greedy executives. Nepotism at the top.
