I was hired and full training was just barely 1-2 weeks. I’ve been a buyer for a long time but I wasn’t an expert on the company’s process. My manager was evasive and easily disengaged when I asked him about company’s process. English is my second language and never hidden from me. Still management and even HR criticized my communication skills.
Cons
Poor management. Poor training to new hires.

Some travel if you are involved with tournaments.
Cons
The owner of the company brags about how you and the team helped make over 20 million dollars in sales each month and wants to break that goal every month, but you won’t get a raise or any kind of bonus for the work you put in to make this happen. Don’t waste your time here or at least demand a salary of 75k annually to make sure you are properly compensated for the time you’ll spend working on projects.
