Pros
Ok, so the pay isn't up there but the experience you can receive if you apply yourself can follow you into better career. The company requires ISO certifications but also supplies the classes and tests for you with a 6 month contract. It is a good place to gain experience and most of the managers are great. Btw, ISO certifications belong to you, not the company and are good for 2 years.
Cons
As afore mentioned, the pay is low but they do offer 401k and a Christmas bonus based on time there. Can be highly stressful at times. Training is not always adequate in certain areas.
