Pros
I got a chance to work in incredible growth-oriented special projects, but even overall, this is a really good organization to start one's career. There is support for professional growth with incredibly talented yet humble colleagues who are academically trained in the world's best educational institutions.
Cons
Less flexibility moving across departments, possibly due to how project funding is decided, but this is something that they are working on actively as they scale and grow. Fewer benefits than other jobs, but they are adding a lot of new perks regularly
