      Pros

      Most of the Developers, Quality Assurance, and a couple Project Managers are nice people who are good at their job. The location is ideal. The benefits are not bad.

      Cons

      Any employee competent enough and/or smart enough to know what's happening has left on their own or been asked to leave after trying to effect change. The few remaining good employees get the brunt of the work and don't see much, if any, increase in compensation, certainly not commensurate with the workload. Those responsible - upper management - oddly continue to get promotions and (I assume) raises. It's frustrating to say the least.

      Pros

      Great peers and great location. Used to be great culture and fun projects. Used to be very friendly. Projects were once well planned. Used to have good mentors.

      Cons

      Low wages, poor work/life balance, removed only HR person, lack of training, executives making bad decisions or taking bad advice, decreasing cash flow reduced perks, culture plummeted, well-trained people left. Seems like shady deals going on. Had to delay reviews due to lack of funds. Poor bonus plan.

      This really used to be a great company

      Lots of perks. Great benefits. Fun atmosphere.

      Cons

      I agree with a lot of the posters here as this used to be a great company. Once they hired a toxic member of Sr Management with delusions of grandeur it all went downhill. Some people on here are trying to save face for the company but there are too many people with the same negative experiences to ignore. If you're looking for a good place to work, you won't find it here anymore unfortunately.
