Precise Automation and Robotics, one of the worst company you can work in this planet. The company is running by a immature, selfish, dictator, over smart, over confidence CHILD which doesn't have sense of talking, sense of business, who is 100% liar, manners-less and will treat like you servant. Not the owner but entire so called management (lol) is liar, dumb and selfish. You will ask your salary to them like a beggar and they will treat you like a nonsense. There is always salary hold of 4-5 months which is very natural for them. If you want to do work for free with zero self respect than you can go and feel the same. I am writing this so my post can someone's career. The owner is 100% non technical, abusive, dictator. He will not loose a single point to insult you, to deduct your salary. You will find some good post about this company as well but notice the dates of those posts. You will realize that all are in two-three days gap. The owner is like a mental and he treats all his employee like his home servant. The company is worst, the owner and dumb management is liar, they have zero reputation in market. You can do survey as well before joining. There is no HR, no Sr employees, no learning, no IT culture, A complete and perfect Vegetable Store. Please join Precise Automation and Robotics after complete research and feedback else you will spoil your future. He hasn't paid lakhs of rupees of former employees and you can ask any of them via LinkedIn. DO NOT JOIN THIS SCAM COMPANY.
