    I worked at Precima full-time

    Pros

Precima has many wonderful people working there and the work life balance is generally reasonable. Very fun place to work at with mostly laid back people who also work very hard.

    Cons

Your role can be very confining and you cannot go beyond your job description. And this applies to what you can learn too. Management can be out of tune with the people. Changes to org structure happen often with little input from employees. Not enough transparency

    Pros

    1. toronto headquarters in toronto is beautiful 2. some new client signed 3. c-level management friendly 4. fun events in office 5. my pay good but many others complain and leave

    Cons

    1. surprising high amount of employee turnover. could be for pay/. every week i am hearing some leaving 2. everything done in a confuse manner and always changing priority. one day this next day that. 3. management is not too good/competant. they don't know what to do from next 2020 onwards. 4. everything is decide by a top committee and so there is lot of micro-manage. middle management has no power 5. everyone doing everyone else job. so who is accountable? no one knows... too much confuse for employee 6. many employees lazy - come in late and leave early. 7. no career growth 8. parent company LoyaltyOne CEO get fired. maybe they sell LoyaltyOne so instability.
