      Pros

      Team - really good people in the management and the team Structure Good incentives and events to bond with the team outside working hours Atmosphere. Recruitment is not an easy job and the environment makes the difference to keep going! Training

      Cons

      There is always rooms for improvements and Preacta went to a journey to build their brand and be different from the others. I guess if you don't like providing a good service and get out from your comfort zone, this would not be the right space for you.
