Cons

Should be more aware of its subsidiary status in China. This subsidiary founded by Pramerica and FOSUN needs to be reorganized from top to bottom.

1. No Salary Hike 2. Will only be given 3 stars at max even you perform better 3. No support to staff during Covid. They will let you die. 4. I was having Covid and nobody was bothered. I nearly escaped death.

Absolutely no human touch in CMD Kalpana Sampat and CHRO Sharad. Unlike the USA counterpart, india office has absolutely no business ethics or culture. Business has suffered due to lots of miscalculated risks including selecting a wrong CMD for the job, since her lack of Sales skill and business understanding as a whole, the india business is expected to take a dip.
