      They call themselves a family. That's your cue to RUN!

      Pros

      They start off being very nice. Snacks in the break room. Claim they're remote first but... (check cons).

      Cons

      Claim they're remote first but still want you in the office often. Which doesn't make any sense but they love to micromanage! Start off nice but man after like a month or 2, they begin being super mean and micromanage your soul out and it's a whole nightmare. There's a lot of very evident discrimination ironically towards women and towards POC when it comes to compensation and how they're treated. At least this is in the US. I've seen the people in Australia are treated so much better. Absolute garbage experience.

      Limited opportunities for growth

      Work remotely as no office and great colleagues.

      Cons

      Often no opportunities to grow, inconsistent management, company doesn't stick to what is on your contract, terrible communication from upper management.

      An Absolutely Terrible Company to work for

      Good Time off allowance. Nothing else

      Cons

      - Overworked employees - Bad Compensation - Bad Management - Terrible Direction - No Market Adjustments for pay - No Bonus Pay - No Bonuses - Bad Project Management flow - Inconsistent performance reviews - No work/life balance. This company has a litany of issues. Most, if not all clients are unhappy with the processes they have in place.
