Good vision and value but...

- Flat structure - Grow quickly which provides you opportunity - Friendly top management and colleagues and they try to have open communication - Very good work life balance

Cons

- Quite like a body shop now - Procedures are not matured enough - Core value is good but is it really possible to implement

If you're on a good project that is ongoing, you're unlikely to be moved.

Cons

Lots of meetings and general waste of time No decision making capability Everyone listened to, no actions taken No real in-house capability, all contracted in Bodyshopping everywhere dressed up as something else No accountability No strategy or direction
