      Great benefits but constant instability and overwork

      Benefits & an absolutely amazing team.

      Cons

      Understaffed and overworked. AI metrics being introduced are ridiculous. Practicetek emphasizes being proactive rather than reactive but when we proactively tell them issues, it gets swept under the rug. No stability - expect that your job will be changing constantly.

      Good work life balance. Great coworkers

      Cons

      Everything else. They don’t listen to your feelings and everything is being moving to AI metrics. It became a completely new job within a year. So many changes, not enough training for staff. No escalation department so all escalations never actually get taken care of. Tier 1 and 2 are merged together so Tier 1 gets paid less to do the same work.
