      Unprofessional management with lack of skills to do the job effectively. Extreme micro managing to the level of you must inform management if you wish to leave your desk Lack of accountability Senior buyers/manager dont understand there actual role or have any management skills.

      If you want to do just 8-4 type job then it suits you.

      Cons

      No managers having management skill. All are accidental managers Racism is available Be ready to get abused by technician and HR will not do anything. HR get change every 6 months My P60 and tax was a mess with wrong tax code etc. This led to payment of additional 4k +Accountant fees to be paid
