Pros
Remote-friendly, decent compensation, still some great people, employees of our parent company seem happy
Cons
This company used to be absolutely incredible to work for. Since we were acquired, there has been significant turnover and complete confusion over our priorities. There is too much work and not enough people to do it, and hardly anyone who left has been backfilled. Leadership was swapped out and now have no background knowledge on the product or investment in our customers' success. The culture has also changed and moved away from being people-focused. Most people are burnt-out and under-appreciated.

One of the best set of folks I've ever worked with. Very kind and willing to help. The company encourages talking time off and loves to celebrate career and life achievements.
Cons
There can be some disconnect between getting features out and modernizing the system. All that means is that lots of new features are being on old tech. Things may have changed dramatically since then as plans were in place.
