Everyone at this company is very intelligent with practical experience. Easy to work with. Best years of my career were spent here. Although the con is (like many Engineering companies) related to managerial staff, the overall staff will become life long contacts and friends. You will learn more in 5 years here than 20 years at another company.
Cons
Managers aren't great leaders. They will occasionally take credit for your work and will focus more on your areas of improvement rather than your accomplishments and contributions to the company. One manager removed my name (and two others) as a primary inventor to a patent and put his name on the patent application after I left the company - he had no contribution other than being the manager.
