Pros

I can't think of 20 "pro" words to use for this company. It is by far the most dysfunctional company I ever worked for - and I have worked at some pretty screwed up places.

Cons

As reported above - very, very dysfunctional. The owners are paranoid micro-managers to the extreme. They don't trust anyone, and ultimately don't allow any decision-making authority for anyone. You've never seen egos like this anywhere.

Pros

family environment, HQ is only as good as the employees... true team that care about each other's success

Cons

COO/CEO fail to reward anyone for going above & beyond. Long hours = more work & nothing more than 5% increase per year. They claim they're looking for top talent & will pay for it, yet I saw upper echelon personnel (mostly dept heads) get burned out & have no hope for a future. COO/CEO alter reality when reporting to the Franchisees who ultimately suffer while they waste resources on outdated services & a failing business model. All of this HQ talent made sure to put the Franchises first, above themselves & they're personal lives & these guys just pretend it's the employees that are failing. Talent was there, willing to work & ultimately not utilized to it's full potential. There's a saying, the fish stinks from the head first.

Pros

There was absolutely nothing positive about this experience. This company is a joke.

Cons

First off you are brought into a beautiful building in Downtown Denver. Do not let this deceive you. You will have to pay daily for parking on the street or in a parking garage usually runs about 6$/day. They will not refund this. The working environment is almost the same as a sweat shot, your employers will look over your shoulder at every point of your work day. Your breaks are timed to a T and there is not really a second that goes by that you are not being watched. Almost everyone is on edge because there is such a high turnover. I was there for 6 months and I believe 3 people were fired in a company of only about 25. You will not be compensated properly and pretty much told that you are not worth any decent pay. If you dont drink the PostNet Kool aide you will most likely be fired.
