Pros

Like-minded people are attracted to working at Portland Rescue Mission. They’re hardworking servants who give sacrificially and love the residents. Great staff with a high calling.

Cons

High staff turnover at certain sites. Need strong leadership that can execute vision and plans, understand and breakdown the issues of why something isn’t working so processes can be fixed. Obvious blind spots in leadership that don’t change.
