      Pros

      One year in, Portico has lived up to everything I was told in the interview and more. I love our company culture and values. I have been provided mentorship, professional development opportunities and continual support. The accounting, help desk and support services teams are top notch and the Leadership team is exceptional. They are always asking what we can do better and making changes to incorporate the feedback.

      Cons

      Portico's focus is not to be the biggest, but the best. The more strategic growth does mean opportunities for change/advancement can take longer but there are other opportunities to invest in professional development in the interim.

      Culture is amazing! PPM constantly seeks to stay on the cutting edge of technology with latest operational and support systems. Company has a lot of systems and processes in place for both on-site and report employees that help support operations as well as foster and encourage engagement .

      Cons

      Still relatively new to organization but none that are noteworthy so far.

      Great Culture/Great leaders

      Coming from a large company and one where I was with for 12 years I have to say I am impressed! I enjoy how personal our leaders can be with everyone. You are treated like you matter and not just a person filling a position. Open communication from everyone is offered here.

      Cons

      Training opportunities in general. Additional holidays needed.
