I’ve rediscovered my passion for work here. The leadership team has created an environment where I can do meaningful work, feel supported, and trust the direction we’re heading. Darren and his executive team articulate a clear vision and back it up with action, while staying closely connected to what’s happening on the ground. I’ve also been impressed by their openness to new ideas and their thoughtful approach to navigating the emerging AI landscape — they’re doing a fantastic job on that front.

Onboarding - Portico makes sure you have all the tools you need to succeed. Not only do they have the standard on demand training but they offer live virtual classes and you are paired with a mentor. The company is very committed to making sure our teams are properly so that our residents have a great experience. Culture- One thing I find at larger PM companies is that the onsite team is looked over a lot (backwards I know) and if you weren't part of Corporate then you're just another # and can be replaced. Portico really makes sure that our onsite teams know that they are the what makes this industry tick. It's refreshing to be part of a company where even though our numbers are growing, our Corporate team is doing what they can to appreciate onsite teams.
