Pros

I have been in the company for almost 2 years now. The work is fast paced and challenging with lots of learning and growth. The work culture is also collaborative and supportive. One great thing is that you have the ability to design your role based on your initiative, objective and interests. Overall, its a great place to work.

Cons

Nothing major to mention here.

Pros

It’s a healthy, well-structured company built on trust, speed, and reactivity, with a strong focus on performance and impact. Management is transparent and clear, and you genuinely feel that your voice matters. This creates a strong sense of ownership and makes you feel part of the overall journey.

Cons

There are no major cons at Portcast. Like any high-growth startup, it’s a fast-paced environment that may not suit everyone. It requires proactivity, commitment, and an entrepreneurial mindset to fully thrive and enjoy the experience.

Pros

Every team member gets real ownership from day one. You're trusted to shape outcomes, not just execute tasks. Because the company is growing, there's always room to take on more responsibility and grow with it. Culture is also genuinely prioritized. Even as a remote team, there are regular moments to connect and well-organized offsites that are really fun.

Cons

We're at a growth stage, so things move fast and priorities can shift. You need to be adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity. Remote-first work also isn't for everyone, though it suits my lifestyle well and works great here.
