Pros
Decent benefits, very flexible hours, good work-life balance for a startup. Chance to work at a fast-growing company, and solve some very challenging problems. You also get a direct line to some of cryptocurrency's tech giants, so every day is a great learning experience.
Cons
Can be a little process-heavy at times, though there are certainly benefits to that as well.
