Pros

Met a few good people

Cons

Company produce good products, but it’s poorly ran on ever level. The owner doesn’t have a clue, he relies solely on HR and the GM to make all decisions regardless of how his company is going down. They have a very hard time retaining good talented people. Some of the production workers are questionable having you question your safety. If you’re unskilled, lazy, a yes man and only cares about getting a check you’ll fit right in. I’ve seen so many really good people let go because they questioned leadership or tried to make suggestions that were beneficial for the company.

Pros

They pretend to have profit sharing.

Cons

I went to the Christmas party and watched the founder praise his secretary for going to China with him to scope out cheap production plants. Why would you brag to employees here in the states about how you are outsourcing jobs to China? That's how dumb or narcissistic this guy is. YES MEN around every corner. Hourly employees are paid below temp agency rates despite many of them having g technical degrees. Products are cheaply made in China and then fixed and reworked in USA, making it hard to have any sort of pride in your work.

Pros

PolyScience has one of the best HR Teams around. who works tirelessly to help the employees achieve their goals which eventually helps the company arows as well. HR has done an amazing job during COVID-19 to keep PS Employees safe by being on top of all mandates and policies, providing ample amounts of cleaning and disinfecting supplies, and reusable masks. Adhering to the Social Distancing rules, and also having scattered breaks to avoid employees being in too close proximity during lunches and breaks. HR and the teams across the board, makes a new hire feel comfortable by having a training plan which allows the new hire meet everybody in the building and understands how every department and cell functions. This allows the person joining PolyScience feel they already know a lot about the company in the first 2 weeks of them joining. which helps them acclimated to the new job. And how can you forget- LUNCHES AND PARTIES! Every now and then, PolyScience treats the employees to lunches and gets everyone together for a holiday party and other events throughout the year. This is a fun time for everyone to take a break from work and socialize and an opportunity to have team building games and activities to keep the morale strong and #PolyScienceproud.

Cons

None! You have to join to find out what a great place it is to be part of!
