Pros
Paid vacation, small corporate team & office - easier to communicate, request assistance with various matters
Cons
Lots of turnover, stressful work environment due to lack of manpower, certain roles had additional responsibilities added to the position they were hired for, little to no growth at all, gossiping behind employees backs, CEO plays favorites, many employees feared losing their jobs because they were given very difficult deadlines with an excessive workload, lack of privacy, many departments would point fingers when something goes wrong

- Not a micromanaging company - Aggressive goals for growth in which we are fulfilling - I know everyone who works for the company
Cons
- Being a small company that is still building, we are behind on the technology and development curve
