      Pros

      Visa sponsorship, friendly environment, international, speaking Dutch its not mandatory for most of the positions. Friendly, young and exciting team. Overall it is a great place to work, specially as an expat.

      Cons

      Average payment in the Netherlands is below other European countries, but employee benefits are somewhat better in the Netherlands. Niche focus, you should love what you do and you will do it multiple times.

      Interesting work, friendly atmosphere, good clients, but limited career prospects

      Pros

      Colleagues: friendly, bright individuals albeit somewhat geeky. Management: not unreasonably demanding, bright. Work content: interesting projects, varied. Clients: good opportunity to work for large clients, mostly in the media industry. Good for people with analytical background, who are interested in the scientific side of marketing. Culture: innovative, focussed on ideas. Work life balance: good.

      Cons

      Career opportunities limited. Compensation OK, but benefits limited.

      Pros

      Pointlogic is a great company for growing up professionally and personally - everybody seems to be part of Pointlogic's family. Great culture and modern working place. Flexible working hours.

      Cons

      The cafeteria could improve its food diversity.
