Very little of the money raised goes to the National Park itself; Incredibly toxic workplace environment; Very low pay in a very expensive region; No grievance process to speak of; Harassment and intimidation are a part of the daily culture
Point Reyes = gorgeous

I can only echo other reviewers:
Basically no $ goes back to the park
Really messed up organizational dynamics
Upper leadership have no checks on their behavior, and know it.
Culture of bullying and harassment
No HR/grievance processes
Insanely high turnover rate
Will not pay you close to enough to live in the area
