The small size of the company will means that you have a lot of autonomy.
Cons
The benefits are extremely weak, and leadership is downright toxic. Consultants are expected to manage clients entirely on their own, with little to no support.
Cult - like leaders and followers
Sr. Management just riding out investment
Major politics and drama
Nut jobs at the helm might as well be monkeys
Full of B players who think they are A players
Point Echo Solutions is a great place to work. It is a small start up and can have it's challenges but has been a great place to work for the last two years. We have a lot of flexibility with our days, are encouraged to take as much time off as needed. We work on varied projects and have the ability to work on projects that interest us. Management is great about helping us and also has a great interest in our development. Promotions are always given from within first and they give a lot of freedom when it comes to career progression and development.
Cons
Doesn't have 401K matching yet, but they have said they have it on the roadmap for 2024
