Pros

Working here has improved both my technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. There’s a lot to learn, but that’s what makes this interesting. I also have access to all the resources I need, which makes the job easier. The company values innovation, so everyone gets the chance to put forward their ideas.

Cons

Adjusting to larger applications and connected systems took time.

The building had decent natural light and parking that actually worked most days.

Cons

- The lack of transparency is absolutely suffocating, with leadership operating on a strict need to know basis that leaves employees completely shut out of anything meaningful. - Projects were already being discontinued without informing the people actually doing the work, leading to wasted time and frustration. - Requests for basic clarity about company direction or restructuring are met with vague, evasive answers that go nowhere. - Employees eventually stop asking questions because it becomes exhausting being treated like they are not allowed to understand what is going on. - Everyone is forced to guess what management wants since nothing is clearly communicated, creating constant confusion and frustration. - The entire operation feels like being trapped in a sealed box where only leadership has the full picture and everyone else is expected to execute blindly without context or purpose.

Everyone? Our Mission: Continuously DELIVER software that brings value to our customers. It is long standing practice to have weekly Product Progress meetings. Roughly 20%-30% of the company's staff attend. During this meeting, key contributors (not all) will share how their or their teams' efforts have positively affected our customers' experience and needs. We recognize that technology and our customers' needs are -> continuously changing. Therefore, we have a Mandate: We must consistently care to progress the mission.
