      Toxic corporate culture that results in people only befriending people that they think they can benefit from. It’s the epitome of a bunch of a former frat boys who now work in finance and love to still act like they’re in a fraternity. Your superiors are not going to respect you

      Good culture, working with smart people passionate about their work, no politics in my team. Everyone is helpful. Pay is good, lots of dinners and team events. Flexible working. Good level of autonomy.

      High calibre people, big growing business, still committed to its “small business culture” ie flat management structure, employing high calibre people - then empowering them to do their job. Career development and advancement encouraged. Genuine appreciation of its people Positive culture Genuine trust and flexibility

      Cons

      Toxic culture run by Middle Aged white men who only like people like them. Long hours is the norm. Zero diversity. They don’t want diverse thinking. They run major construction projects with no construction delivery experience. Very strange
