Pros

It isn't sustainable over a long period of time, but may be perfect for contracted or freelance workers. You have access to a number of high profile people in the fashion industry.

Cons

This company is the epitome of tone deaf. You will have to simultaneously do five different jobs that you didn't even sign up for with barely the pay of one job and that is just expected. You have to negotiate out a non-compete clause while management also won't pay you enough to sustain just having their one job. Will then make comments about how stressful it must be to maintain multiple streams of income without doing anything to remedy the situation. They micromanage while also giving no type of direction to the work needed to be done. You will be told to find your own projects, and then accosted when you don't effectively find enough work to do for yourself. At one point there was an effective line of communication, but that dwindled quickly after company expansion and then cleaning house of that expansion. This leads to continuous misinformation or misunderstandings. The leadership team doesn't cohesively communicate with one another, so there is always something missing when it makes its way down. They expect you to work 6 days a week, while only getting paid for a 5 day/40 hour per week salary (which again, already isn't enough). The "flexible" work environment isn't as flexible as it may seem, since you are on meetings throughout 60-70% of your day while also having to upkeep the everyday maintenance of the job at hand. Additionally, if you are a person of color, you will be the go to educator on any and all cultural relations or become a panderer to your white colleagues, since the all white Russian employment don't educate themselves on race relations even though they are a US facing company, so pick your poison. Finally, you are required to be on camera for every single call. They think it creates more of a connection between peers, but there is a clear divide in dynamics, understanding, and language, so it is pointless. Don't ask for a raise because there isn't room for growth within the company as everyone is just doing everything and you'll be met with excuses. To reiterate, as you can see in other reviews that aren't asked of by management to submit by current employees to offset the truth of the situation, that the pay is average at best, with no benefits since it is a foreign based company, unrealistic workload, and little to no communication from upper management.

Pros

I have been working in this company since March and super happy that I am one of the employee there. Everyone is kind and glad to help you and explain if you don't understand something. Every Friday we have a Zoom meeting where we talk to each other and share our result which has been done by the end of the week. Our CEO asks us is everything all right and if not, you could say about it and be honest. Why does he ask? Because he wants us to feel comfortable and happy in the company and that's what every CEO needs to do in order to have a good team. Love this company and all team members❤️

Cons

Nothing to say, because I see only advantages
