      It's a cheapskate company, Run!

      -Great environment which is the colleagues -Lot to learn -There's no top management in the office

      Cons

      -The CEO full of himself, your idea probably means nothing -You will be learning on your own starting Day 1 -Top management don't give sh- about your voice, they will keep the CEO stationed there -Your EPF won't get paid -Late Salary Payment -There's no Financial management hence you gotta wait for money to comes in, then you will get your salary.

      Great Starting Salary: For those just entering the industry, the compensation package is very competitive and above the market average for entry-level roles. Thoughtful Mentorship: The senior staff are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about teaching newcomers. You will learn a lot from your immediate peers.

      Cons

      Toxic Management: The leadership team is disorganized and often lacks transparency. There is a frequent issue with honesty regarding company goals and internal changes. Heavy Micromanagement: There is very little autonomy. Managers tend to hover over every task, which stifles creativity and slows down productivity. Lack of Benefits: Beyond the base salary, there are virtually no employer benefits (health, retirement, or wellness perks) to support long-term retention.
