Pros

Amazing people. Everyone supports everyone else and truly want the best for each other. If you work hard, it will be noticed. Whether in the form of a raise or a promotion (if you go for it). I would have stayed there until I retired. I was treated with respect and as an actual person. Something I was not used to in my previous work place.
