Paychecks were on time and didn't bounce.

Cons

Horrible management with no oversight. Rampant favoritism, discrimination, and outright lies at the terminal level. Poorly maintained equipment. No cost of living increase in 4 years. Benefits were expensive and not very good.

Get paid weekly and there are some good people there.

Cons

Anti-older employee. The current leadership does not communicate well. This is especially true with younger leadership to older employees. Leadership is ultra-focused on AI, which will cost many of the employees at Pilot Thomas Logistics their jobs.
