Great coworkers they may the big day to day - bareable, enjoyable & honestly the only reason I’ve stayed the time that I have without quitting or resigning

Low pay, no concern with issues when addressed with management about anything related to scheduling or pay or work related issues. You’re working for a company knowing that they don’t care about you but only that you show for work & that is exactly why their turnover rate is the highest I’ve ever seen.
