Cons
Most of the cons that are stated on all the negative reviews are same to what I can comment. I'll just add a bit more cons based on the experience in the region where I belong: -Most of management have lack of trust and transparency to employees. -Most of management only have focus on the people that want to see, and neglects the rest. -Acquired Corvil but didn't value its people. Many bright and talented people taken for granted and lost. -Dealing with HR is not really a happy experience. Lots of inconvenience - from onboarding upto post resignation, and a lots of stuff in between.
