Pros

- A brand with good potential, backed by strong mother company Richemont - Competitive salary especially for new joiners - Good staff discount, medical benefit, long service bonus - Looks good on your CV

Cons

- Conservative management who claim to be open, always ask for feedback but nothing would ever be changed - Mediocre leaders who think they know everything - Strong favouritism especially in retail - Endless meetings, presentations and reports which serve no purpose, there were never a proper follow up - Political, toxic culture - people spend much time thinking about how to stab somebody’s back

Depends on the department

Pros

Good staff benefits e.g. good company insurance package.

Cons

Hierarchy problem is quite serious. Most people within the company has worked for many years. New ideas are not easy to raise up. Communication within the company is not unanimous (also depends on which department and which positions).
