We’re really glad to hear you felt supported and enjoyed the autonomy to manage your own admin, caseload, and areas of work. At Physio Inq, one of our core House Rules is “Employees come first", which means we trust our clinicians with flexibility and independence in how they work.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding pay and travel. Community-based work does involve driving, and we’re always reviewing how we support our clinicians through travel allowances, flexibility, and commission structures that reward great work.
