Company has a Multicultural Environment

Cons

No open communication is encouraged. Even though it is a Multi-cultural workplace, favoritism often takes place. No proper training is given to new employees w.rt. developing the skills necessary to do their job apart from reading some documents that are provided but still, expectations are set high. Arguments between employees are horribly handled by management by not caring about it at all, which clearly shows that the company does not care about its employees.

No flexibility Low salary (below market standards) No company structure CEO is the only person who makes every single decision No agency or autonomy Micro management Hires are mostly international students with little experience yet expectations are extremely high. They don’t offer a performance review or make an offer after trial period.
