-The benefits are better than most at about the same cost
Cons
-The company is run by a hierarchy of family ties. If you are related by blood or marriage, you can do no wrong if not you are expendable. -The company recuperates its losses by charging employees fines and fees from their check regardless of who caused the loss of income. -Massive favoritism from higher ups -No training or guidance to help you improve your skills but plenty of threats and punishments if you get it wrong.
