Lack of communication from leadership - focus on short-term fear-based goals rather than an inspiring long-term vision - the only vision apparent was to grow the company not to make any sort of difference or impact - management insulted and yelled at employees - low morale

(1) Happy people who love where they work but also enjoy the work-life balance offered at Perion (2) Great culture (3) Positive vibes at the office (4) A nice looking & welcoming office (5) A management that has clear goals and focused steps to get us there. While turning obstacles into opportunities, they managed to get Perion's growth to defy expectations.

Cons

The location of the office could be better! Currently we are working twice a week from home which helps save time on commuting.
