Coffee machine in the office Many non-leadership people are great to work with In-Office attendance is not fully required, some flexibility is offered to most employees The products are great Employee Discounts

Cons

Leadership lacks vision and communication skills to effectively make the company run smoothly Favoritism is overwhelmingly apparent and the non-favorites are disrespected particularly by leadership Mid-management doesn't teach or guide staff Employee onboarding is non-existent There is no room for growth Toxic employees get away with anything especially if they make a few sales Internal systems are archaic and manually done

PHS is loyal and supportive of professional development. There is plenty of room to grow. They are inclusive with an open forum for feedback. There is high integrity at the executive level.

Improve branding strategies. More transparency, open book management.
