Management is a buddy system, payroll is always a 50/50 if you will get paid or not let alone on time and it most certainly will be wrong and underpaid. they cannot get their finances or that whole department in order and fire anyone who actually knows what they're doing. Unstable, immature and HR is nonexistent and unprofessional on a whole other level. They had one good person in Management to get things in order and was taking over HR but apparently she is gone after a few months so there is noone you can trust anymore. The entire call center is just as revolving and anyone in management you try to talk to is annoyed you need to be paid. They never have any money and everyone thinks they are going out of business. We are all convinced the new owner is a huge problem. The new owner guy bought into or whatever a few years ago and is taking everything down with him, there won't be a business for long. Run the other way! It's literally better to be jobless.
