      Yearly rice subsidy and champion products

      Cons

      Low salary, micromanagement. Managers especially in finance are unprofessional. No proper segregation of work. No work life balance. No room for improvements. They have accounting software but they are not using it since majority of their employees in accounting are not knowledgeable in advanced excel and software.
