Initially the culture was excellent...caring company. In the last 14 months there has been many rounds of layoffs.

Cons

Poor Senior Management decisions that have affected the company, the culture, the moral, and many peoples lives. They should be held accountable.

If you are a White Male, you will get to do nothing and talk sports with the "supervisors" all day and make your own schedule. If you are Ethnic, or a female, prepare to do all the work while the good old boys relax

There are none. Get out while you can for those current employees.

Cons

Upper management will attempt to push good people out the door and keep those who will follow their crap. The company has already laid off a number of individuals and the writing is on the wall! Current employees should get out while they can.
