It is easy to learn the ropes.
Cons
Company lacks real structure and organization. Nepotism and favoritism are rampant and obvious in all levels of the company. Thankless job; employees feel underappreciated. Unreliable hours- some days we would show up in the morning just to be sent home an hour later. Little job security; lay-offs are not uncommon.
