Pros
At Peerless we are an employee-owned business. Meaning everything you do; all tasks and job-related functions impact YOUR company. The owner is YOU. It’s a very rewarding feeling to have a stake in the company and knowing that your work does makes a difference. Each department operates very closely, as we are a small business. There is a family-oriented feel amongst the different employees and departments. I can truthfully say this is a team environment where we all want each other to succeed.
Cons
There is not much negative I can say about the company. Being an employee owner means you do need to concern yourself with how well the company performs both operationally and fiscally. That being said, this is a good company that constantly performs because of the people that work here. When the company does good, you do good.

Hands down the best company I have ever worked for. I have been at Peerless a year and half and the experience has been extremely pleasant. The Company Culture is excellent everyone is friendly and willing to help when you need it. Benefit package is good. Employee owned company and 401k option. Work life balance is great. They are flexible and work with you when needed. It’s refreshing to find a work environment that doesn’t make you hate coming into work.
