Toxic management overshadows good benefits

Pros

- Good contributory pension - Subsidised canteen

Cons

One of the worst places I have worked - management team are just toxic. Constant changes, most middle managers only there due to others leaving and then they don’t have the skills/training to support teams or lead. Constant focus changing, constant reviews and top heavy pressure. Unapproachable senior members of staff, everything goes through senior formal routes (its a tiny org not a mega corp!) Thank god it’s getting abolished.

Pros

Nice office, easy access and interesting work

Cons

The leadership team is quite toxic, some management colleagues are very difficult to work with and don't value you or provide any room for you to be you.
