      Pros

      Generous PTO policy and CFA education reimbursement benefits. Half day Fridays in the summer was a previous Slocum policy that was continued on at Pavilion as well.

      Cons

      Pay isn't great compared to other consulting firms and investment firms in Minneapolis. Long hours during quarter ends busy period.

      Pros

      People there were really nice and the salary and bonuses were ok. Collective insurance is good too and 100% payed by the company

      i don't really see any inconvenient, except that it doesn't exist anymore
