Pros

Opportunity to grow your clinical skills, majority of the staff care about the clients, opportunity for advancement, unbiased hiring practices

Cons

Very low pay, expect you to clean residences when clients refuse, play favorites, won't reimburse you if you get bed bugs from clients, must pay back for supervision if you leave company too soon, they don't take preventative action

Pros

There are no pros to report

Cons

Long hours, low pay, unprofessional division directors, and you will run your car into the ground. They will take any little petty thing and turn it against you.

Pros

Clients were great, mileage pay was decent, company provided laptop and cell phone

Cons

management, leave policy is horrible when employees get sick, co-workers, high turnover for employees, constant complaints from management about anything an employee does, never any positive comments to employees, favoritism within the company Coworkers (at least from my team) disliked others from areas that were not from the Virginia area, so if you are not from the Virginia area, I would not work here.
