Pros
Pathmaker Group has a family first mentality. They have a warm and friendly environment that is very inclusive. Coworkers feel like family and help each other out in learning new technologies as well as in personal development.
Cons
Pay is on the average scale. Due to the global reach of some of our clientele, working hours may fluctuate for meetings or software updates/ installations.

Pros
The environment and the willingness of others to help teach any new and emerging technologies to people is amazing. Definitely has the attitude that we all succeed rather than everyone only doing their own thing.
Cons
None to think of. I feel that even the senior most architects will put time on their schedule to help you figure something out.
